Cairnworks AI (“Cairnworks,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use cairnworks.ai, why, and what choices you have.

Paperwork and Google user data

Paperwork, our podcast-production tool, publishes video to YouTube on behalf of a channel whose owner has explicitly authorized it. Paperwork uses YouTube API Services.

Its handling of Google user data — what it accesses, how it uses it, with whom it shares it, how it protects it, and how long it retains it — is set out in full in the Paperwork Privacy Policy, which governs that application.

In summary: Paperwork acts only on the single channel that authorized it, and only on videos it uploaded itself. It does not access any other channel, account, viewer data, comments, subscriber information or analytics. It does not sell, share, transfer or disclose Google user data to anyone.

By authorizing Paperwork, a channel owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends Paperwork's access. Stored records can be deleted on request by contacting us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email, and anything you choose to share about your business.
• Interactive demo. Messages you type into our on-site agent demo are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not store these conversations.
• Usage data. We may collect privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as page views) that do not identify you individually.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
• To improve our website and offerings.
• To meet legal and security obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email and AI infrastructure providers), and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records, then delete them. Demo conversations are processed in real time and not retained.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
